What are the costs of your services?

Support Included?

Yes. For all parcels shipped under Bulbul Logistics, we will offer support for your parcel until it reaches the final destinations. Please reach us at hkcs@flybulbul.com for any enquiry.

When will my shipment arrive?

Depending on your couriers, the respective Tracking page can provide up-to-date information on your shipment location. Please refer to the confirmation email for details.

What payment methods can I use?

If you ship frequently, we highly recommend you to open a Joyco account. This offers you negotiated price savings and the opportunity to pay by monthly invoice. Less frequent shippers can pay by credit card or FPS (only for shipment from Hong Kong).

How do I make a loss/damage claim for a shipment that failed to arrive, or was damaged?

If your shipment failed to arrive, it is important that you contact customer service of the service providers with an accurate description of the goods and their packaging as soon as possible. If such happens, please reach out the Customer Service of your service providers to file such report. Alternatively, you may also reach us at hkcs@flybulbul.com and we shall handle such. Please note that damage to goods in transit is frequently the result of inadequate packaging.

What is the maximum size of package I can send?

Due to the size of the door openings on our vans and planes, we ask that a shipment does not exceed 150 cm in dimension. We will be pleased to advise and arrange carriage of any larger items for you. In addition, for the safety of our couriers, we require notification of shipments over 68kg in weight.

How long does it take for me to get a response from your team?

Our working hour is from Monday to Friday (Except Public Holiday) 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. We shall provide our preliminary response if you reach us via email hkcs@flybulbul.com or contact form within 24-36 hours.

How could I reach out the service providers?

Their contacts have been listed in the confirmation email sent to you once you confirm your order with us. If you have any difficulties locating them, please reach us via email hkcs@flybulbul.com or contact form and we shall assist.

Is there any hotline that I could reach your team?

At this moment all responses are made via email. We will offer such service as soon as possible.

What is Joyco?

Joyco is a one-stop mobile application to allow our users to ship, manage, pay and trace parcels shipped under Bulbul. It will be launched in late 2021 and we shall offer our updates as soon as possible.

What are the conditions of carriage?
